Overview
JetBlue’s digital refresh project aimed to strengthen the brand's digital presence and enhance customer experience in competition with online travel agents. The mobile app is tailored to each user's itinerary, providing real-time information and relevant actions throughout their journey, ultimately leading to a smoother and more personalized travel experience.

• Created application map, wireframes, and prototypes
